Creating a new order against a property campaign

Orders within Realhub are generally classified as either:

  • Pending
    Orders which have been added to a campaign but not yet confirmed and send to the provider
  • Approved
    Orders which have already been confirmed and sent to the provider

You can find both types within a campaign by going to Orders > Pending or Orders > Approved.



To create a new order for the campaign, click the Order New Item button in the top right hand corner of the page. You will then be able to select the relevant service, provider and product to add the order to the campaign.



I don't have the Order New Item button, only an option to Create Quote


If you see the Create Quote button (instead of Order New Item), it means your agency settings require you to create a vendor marketing quote prior in order to add orders against a campaign. Contact your Office Administrator or see Changing your office's general settings for more information.



I don't have the Order New Items button OR the option to Create Quote


If you don't see any buttons to create a new order item or create a quote, it means your user doesn't have ordering / quoting permissions activated. Contact your Office Administrator to confirm your internal processes or adjust your settings as requried.
