Creating a new campaign

Modified on Tue, 12 Mar, 2024 at 1:39 PM

Campaigns can be created two ways:

  • Manually in Realhub by entering the property details
  • Via integration with your property CRM

If your Property CRM is integrated with Realhub, it's best not to manually create the property in Realhub, as it will prevent any data syncing to the campaign, and may also cause you to have duplicate campaigns down the track.

Some CRMs (e.g. Box+Dice, Agentbox, Zenu) push property data into Realhub in order to create a new campaign. To learn more about this, contact your CRM support team, as the steps vary within each platform.

Other CRMs (e.g. VaultRE, Rex) allow Realhub to fetch property data from within the Realhub platform.

If you're unsure which method your CRM uses, please contact your Realhub Implementation Specialist.

To create a new campaign manually

  1. From the main Overview dashboard, click Create
  2. Select Property Marketing
  3. If you manage multiple offices, select the Agency
  4. Add agents by typing their name and selecting from the search results (you can add multiple agents, one after the other)
  5. Enter the relevant property address info: Unit, Street No, Street Name, Suburb Name
    • HINT: By searching and selecting the suburb name, the State and Postcode will automatically populate
  6. Click Create Campaign

You will be redirected to the Campaign Overview page, where you can then continue with Managing campaign details, Creating & managing vendor contacts and Creating a new vendor marketing (VPA) quote.

To import from your CRM

  1. From the main Overview dashboard, click Create
  2. Select Import from CRM
  3. If you manage multiple offices, select the Agency
  4. Enter the property address (street number and name)
  5. Click Search
  6. From the list of Results, click the + button next to the correct property
    • If there are multiple results for the same address, it's best to check the ID within your CRM prior to importing

You will be redirected to the Campaign Overview page where you can continue through the marketing process. Your vendor details, property information etc should all sync from your CRM.

Each time you access the Property Details for the campaign, Realhub will fetch the latest information from your CRM automatically.
