Changing your office's general settings

In addition to individual user permissions, Office Admins can control settings at Agency level to control some behavioural options in Realhub.


To manage your agency’s overall settings, go to Agency Admin > Settings.


If you change any settings, be sure to click to Save Settings button at the bottom of the page to save your changes.

Campaign FeeYes *When creating new quotes, the Realhub Campaign Fee will automatically add to the quote, in order to pass the RH fee across to the vendor
NoRealhub Campaign Fee will not automatically add to the quote, and in turn will not be passed on to the vendor (fee will still be charged to agency)
Recalculate Template PricesYesWhen applying a quote template, prices will be recalculated against latest version of price list to ensure accurate pricing
No *When applying a quote template, the price of items against the master quote template will apply regardless of any price list changes
Recalculate EditionsYesWhen approving a quote, publication dates will be automatically adjusted to next available date
