Editing, duplicating or deleting Pending Orders

Orders which have not yet been confirmed can be adjusted as required. For example, you may need to change a brochure quantity or finish, or remove the need for a board light before it gets install. 


Edit a Pending Order


To adjust an order, go to the campaign and then Orders > Pending.


It's important to note that changing options and/or quantities for an order will likely also change the associated cost of the order - be sure to cover this off with your vendor to ensure any additional costs are covered.


Locate the order you need to adjust and click the pencil icon.



In the Manage Order Item side modal, click Edit Qty/Options.



 Make the changes required, check the updated price and click Update Item.


IMPORTANT!! If your agency generates vendor marketing (VPA) quotes from Realhub, we recommend creating a new quote for new desired order quantity/option to present to vendor, and then confirming that quote and deleting the original order. This will ensure full transparency of costs and maintain abilities to generate an accurate ad schedule.



Delete a Pending Order


To delete an order that's no longer required, click the pencil icon and then Delete Item.

You can also delete the item from the Cog icon on the Pending Orders list.





Duplicate a Pending Order


To duplicate an onrder, click the pencil icon and then Duplicate Item. If you don't see the Duplicate button in the Manage Order Item side modal, you may need to quote new order to your vendor via Create New Quote.
