Creating an agency marketing order

To order your agent or office marketing, go to the Agency Marketing tab to see the tags available.

You can click into a tag from the Featured tiles or All Tags list, or use the search box to search for a tag.

Once you have selected a tag, you will see all the products available that have templates assigned for your tag. The products and templates available will depend on your brand's settings and product & template suite.

For example, if you selected a tag named Agent Stationery, you may see a list of products (Business Cards, A4 Letterhead, A4 Agent Profile, A5 Agent Profile, Letterhead etc). Each product will display the templates that are available for you to choose.

1. Click on the the template you'd like to use attached to the product required.
   • If you have many templates and can't find what you're looking for, try using the Filters module to search for a template by name, ID or category.
     
     
     
     
2. The Add to Campaign side modal will appear, where you can select the relevant agency, provider and product options
3. Check your selection then Add to Campaign
   
   
4. Select whether you'd like to add the order to an existing campaign or create a new campaign
   1. Add to Existing
      1. Allows you to add this order to an agency or property campaign that already exists in Realhub
      2. Search for your campaign name
      3. Click Add to Campaign
      4. The order will be attached to the campaign selected for you to proceed with next steps 
   2. Create New
      1. Creates a brand new campaign for you to add the order
      2. Enter a title for the campaign (e.g. John Smith Marketing - 2024)
      3. Assign agent(s) to the campaign - this will allow those agents to access the campaign and will also pull through to template fields in the artwork
      4. Click Create Campaign to proceed with next steps
         
         
5. You will be taken to the Artwork Builder to create your artwork as required. You can read more about Creating artwork for an order here.
6. Once you've finished editing your artwork, click Save & Go Back
7. You can now manage the order item the same way you would for a property marketing campaign to edit the artwork or Confirming an order to send to provider.
