One of the primary functions used day in, day out by agencies is Realhub's Artwork Builder. The builder interface is easy and intuitive to use and gives users the flexibility to create the artwork they need, while maintaining brand consistency for networks.
In order for artwork to be created for an order, you'll need an approved template to be linked to your agency, the provider and product you've ordered.
To create artwork for an order, click the Create Artwork button from either the Pending Orders list, or within a quote.
If you don't see the Create Artwork button for an order, it could be that your agency doesn't have approved templates for the product, or the templates aren't live for your agency. Contact your brand administrator or Realhub Support for clarification and guidance.
Basic Artwork Workflow
- Select your template
- Select the required photos
- Edit the artwork fields
- Add pages (for multi-page artwork, like brochures)
- Download artwork to make sure you're happy with it!
- Proof to agent(s) and/or vendor(s)
- Approve!
Selecting your template
Depending on your brand's template suite, you may have only one template to select for a particular order or you may have many!
When you first click Create Artwork you'll be presented with all the template options available to you for the product & provider you're working on.
Each template has a thumbnail to give you an idea of what the template looks like, together with a name and template ID. If you're unsure which template you need, check the template name for additional info. You'll be able to change the template for the artwork later on if you need!
To get started, click the template you'd like to start with.
Start editing your artwork
Once you've selected your artwork, Realhub's artwork engine will populate all the information it can for you.
Some of the information that should prefill to your artwork includes property details (address, bed/bath/car, etc), open times, agent details (name, phone, email, agent headshots), heading and body copy.
From here, you can start adding any fields that haven't pre-populated, or changing whatever else you need.
