The Artwork Data Sync function in artwork builder allows you to update artwork quickly & seamlessly when the details of a campaign change.
For example, the auction date may have been changed in your CRM and updated automatically to Realhub, or home open times or agent details updated.
On these occasions, you can update these details in your artwork (as long as it's not already been sent to print!), with a few mouse clicks, rather than having to re-enter/update information manually.
NOTE: Based on your Agency settings, you may be forced to update artwork if the data doesn't match between the main campaign details and your artwork. This is controlled by the Artwork Data Sync setting in Agency Admin.
Realhub will still flag artwork data changes for you, regardless of setting.
If campaign data has changed, the discrepancies will be flagged in the Review Changes side modal when you open the artwork to edit.
Here, you can update individual fields by clicking the Sync button next to each, or update all by clicking the Sync All button.
