Changing photos and plans on your artwork

Modified on Wed, 20 Mar, 2024 at 2:13 PM

If your artwork template has photo options built in, you can easily change photos and update placement in the artwork builder.

When first creating your artwork, Realhub will automatically place the first available photos for the campaign into each photo box.

To change the photos selected, simply click on the photo (be it property photo, agent headshot or conjunctional logo) box on the artwork preview. A modal will appear that allows you to replace, remove, rotate or zoom the photo in/out.

To replace the photo/plan, click the image icon at the top of the edit modal.

You'll now have access to the Select Image side modal, where you can choose a different image for the relevant image box.

By default, Realhub will show you the images uploaded to the campaign you're working on. Simply click on the image you'd like to use, and the artwork preview will update for you. You can now move the image within the box by clicking & dragging, or use the other buttons to zoom in, rotate, remove, etc.

If you're working on an Agent Marketing campaign, you can use the Search Campaigns field to pull images from a different campaign in your account.
You may also have access to agency or brand image libraries (think area lifestyle shots). To access these, change the Image Source to Image Libraries and search for the library name, then select the photo you'd like jus as you would a property photo.

Once you're happy with your image placement, click the green tick button in the image modal to save your changes.

Changing the photo layout or number of photos in your artwork

Depending on the template, you may also have the option to choose between different photo layouts. For example, your signboard template may have the option to show just one photo, or a three photo variation.

Photo layout options can be found as an option in the artwork fields (typically named Photo Variation) and also as a blue "style tag" on the artwork preview itself.

You can use either to switch between photo variations available on the template.

If you don't see any photo layout/variation options, it means the template only has the one photo layout option available. If you think this may be incorrect, please contact your brand administrator.
