Custom Items are used primarily for finance purposes and do not trigger orders to a specific provider.

To add a Custom Item directly to a campaign, outside of the vendor marketing quote process:
- Within the campaign, go to Orders > Approve Orders
- Click Add Custom Item in the Tools module
- Start typing the name of your custom item
- If the custom item already exists withing your agency settings, it will appear in the drop down list for you to select
- If the custom item doesn't already exist, simply enter the name of the item together with the price
- Click Create Campaign Item
The item will now appear on the Approved Orders tab and be available for invoicing to your vendor.
