Realhub's Overviews lists are a great way to find what you need when you want to look at things holistically, rather than working on a bunch of things for just one campaign.
Overviews can be accessed by click the Overviews option in the main left navigation menu.
Each overview has the ability to jump to a specific item within a campaign (or just the campaign itself!), while the filters available to each vary.
Auctions
See a list of all your upcoming Auctions, grouped by date and listed in date order.
Click into an Auction will take you to the Edit Campaign Details page for the campaign. Remember, if you integrate Realhub with your CRM, it's recommended any changes to auction dates or times are managed within your CRM and then synced to Realhub, to prevent any mismatch of data.
Campaigns
While you may see all the campaigns you need on the main Overview dashboard, you can use Overviews > Campaigns to get more detailed views.
The Campaigns overview is separated into the Property Marketing and Agency Marketing tabs.
You can also use the Filters module to list only campaigns for a particular agent or campaign status.
Deadlines
The Deadlines overview will show you a list of deadlins separated into their relevant tabs:
- Today's Deadlines
- Provider specific deadlines
- Publicatation (newspaper, magazine) deadlines
- Custom Deadlines (managed within Agency Admin)
Inspections
The Inspections overview lists all your upcoming home opens, grouped by OFI date.
Here you can filter to see only OFIs for a particular campaign or Agent.
Orders
Orders overview is one of the most powerful of the Overviews pages, and can be super handy to manage your daily workload, to manage orders that may require confirming to a provider, for example.
Across the top of the orders overview you'll see tabs which allow you to view orders by various statuses (All Orders, Pending Orders, orders with Artwork Pending or Artwork Approved, and Completed Orders).
When you first enter the Orders overview, you'll land on the Pending orders tab.
The page then displays lists of orders on the main part of the page, with the filters module available to the right.
The main list of orders is then further separated into:
- Overdue Orders (orders which have passed their Due Date)
- Due Later (orders which haven't yet reached their Due Date)
- No Date Set (orders which haven't yet had a Due Date applied to them)
Clicking the arrow next to any order will open the campaign > orders page and open the Manage Order Item side modal for you to edit the order, create or edit artwork, confirm, view activity logs etc.
HINT: Looking to access and edit multiple orders from the overviews page? Holding down the Ctrl key (or Apple key) on your keyboard while you click the order will open the page in a new tab for you, so you can open multiple tabs to manage multiple order items.
The Orders overview allows you to filter the orders in various ways, to show you only what you need to see. For example, you may wish to see all of your pending signboard orders so you can ensure they're approved for print in time for weekend install; or all orders for a particular provider or publication, or agent.
Using the Filters module to filter modules by:
- Specific campaign
- Orders due before or after set due dates
- All orders for a particular agent
- Provider
- Publication
- Service (e.g. Print, Photography, Signboards etc)
You can use multiple filters together to get a more granular view.
Portal Syncs
The Portal Syncs overview gives you a high level view of the recent incoming (Imports) portal feeds from your CRM together with outgoing (Export) feeds if you export your listings to ListOnce, for example.
The page will show both types of sync by default, use the Imports and Exports tabs if you only want to see one or the other.
Each line (sync) listed is for a specific push for the campaign, which is why you may see the same campaign name multiple times (it has been synced multiple times).
Imports or exports that have failed for some reason will be flagged with the red FAILED badge.
Clicking into any of the syncs will open the details side modal, where you can view additional info and in some instances download the relevant XML file for the data sync (not available for some API integrations that utilise JSON data rather than XML).
Quotes
Similar to the other overviews, Quotes overview uses tabs across the top of the page to separate all, pending, awaiting review and approved quotes. By default, you'll land on the All Quotes tab.
The module listing each quote will include the property address, quote total, date created and current status.
You can use the Filters module to filter the quotes listed by quote title together with the date the quote was created (start and end).
Quotes that are status: Awaiting Review have been created and sent to another authorised user in the agency for approval.
For example, sales agent Ethan Kelly has permissions to create quotes for his vendors, but they must be approved by Parker in the admin & marketing team. Ethan can send the quote to Parker requesting the quote is Approved; this quote will then be listed in the Awaiting Review tab/status, until Parker approves the quote.
Signboards
Together with the orders overview, the Signboards overview can be powerful in assisting users to manage their board orders.
While defaulting to show all signboards, the tabs across the top of the page can be used to see signboard orders that are Pending, Approved, Installed, Processing by your provider, and Removed.
NOTE: Providers must use their provider login OR Realhub API to update the status of board orders, in order for the status on this page to be accurate. If you're unsure if your provider does so, please reach out to them directly.
Unlike the Orders overview, clicking an item on the Signboards overview allows you to manage the tasks for the order.
For example, you can go to the Installed tab to see all your signboards currently installed, and then click into those orders to request a board be cleaned, moved or removed by your signboard provider.
As long as your provider utilises the Realhub API OR their Realhub Provider login to update the status of boards, the Signboards overview is a quick and easy way to manage board removals in particular.
See Editing, adding and viewing Tasks (Signboards) in our Campaign Basics helpdesk collection for more information around signboard tasks.
In addition to the status tabs, you can also use the Filters module to filters signboards by campaign or
