Managing campaign details

Within your property campaign, go to Property Details > Agents & Details to add, edit or delete property and campaign information.

Here, you can add, edit or delete details in the following sections:

• Agency Details
  Change the owner of the listing (to another office within your brand group) or the marketing agency (details such as phone, email, address of the marketing agency will appear on artwork)
• Property Address*
• Property Features*
• Campaign Status*
• Listing Details*
• Land Details
• Extra Details
• Custom Fields**

* If your account is integration with your CRM, it is recommended that basic details such as address, bed/bath/car, campaign status and listing details are updated in your CRM and then re-synced with Realhub.
** The Custom Fields module will only appear if these have been configured for your Brand. For more information on Custom Fields, contact your Brand Manager or Realhub Support.

To change any of the property details, enter the information as required and click the Save Details button at the bottom of the page.

Managing details in the side modals

You can use the modals on the right hand side to manage other aspects of your property campaign.

• Team / Agent Details
  Click Manage to change the agent(s) assigned to the campaign.
  ⚠️  If your account is integrated with your CRM, it is recommended agents are assigned in your CRM and then synced, than editing in Realhub directly.
• Property Location
  Click Manage to add or edit the location of the property if required. Enter the property address and click Locate to automatically pull from Google Maps. Click Save.
• Open for Inspections
  Click Add Inspection to add a new home open date/time. Enter the relevant date, start & end times, then click Create Inspection. You can edit or delete existing OFIs, or download to add to your calendar.
  ⚠️  If your account is integrated with your CRM, it is recommended OFIs are synced from your CRM rather than editing in Realhub directly.
• Tours & Links
  Click Add Link to add Interactive, Mini Web, Video or Other links.
• Documents
  Click Upload Document to upload Building Inspection, Sample Contracts, Statement of Information or Other documents to your campaign. Documents can be uploaded as either PDF or DOC files.
