Downloading your property photos & plans

Modified on Tue, 12 Mar, 2024 at 3:47 PM

There may be times where you need to download images for a campaign. It could be that the provider uploaded them directly to Realhub for you, but you'd like to save the originals on your own server for future keeping. Or maybe you need to email the web-res versions of some images to a contractor or your social media team.

Within Realhub, you can download one of many images at whatever size you need quickly & easily!

Download Multiple Images

  1. Within the campaign, go to Media & Copy > Photos & Plans
  2. Switch to List View
  3. Use the checkboxes to select the images you wish to download
    • If you want all of the photos/plans, click Select All once you've selected the first image!
  4. From the Tools module, click Download
  5. You can now choose the size you'd like to download
    • By default, all images are available at the Original size or Small 800x600px size
    • Your agency may also have custom sizes saved
  6. Choose the size you'd like to download
  7. Click Start Download
  8. Realhub will work its magic and generate a .zip file for you to download to your computer/network
  9. You can also use the Copy Download Link button to email someone else a link to the ZIP file

NOTE: Images may or may not be watermarked, based on your Agency Settings. Read more about managing your office's Image Settings - Watermarks and Downloads here.

Custom Sizes

It's not uncommon to need images at a very specific size. For example, your social media manager may need images cropped to suit an Instagram story, or a square for a LinkedIn post.

To download images at a size not already available in the Download options, when you get to Step 6 above click Add Custom Size.

Here, you can give your custom size a name, enter the desired height and width (pixels) and then Save Custom Size.

This size will now be available as a download option for all campaigns in your agency.

NOTE: Images downloaded at a ratio not matching the original image will be cropped automatically from the centre. For example, below we see the original image uploaded versus the square custom size.
