Managing your Agency / Office Details

Agency Details allows you to update basic contact information for your office, together with quote payment (bank details) options and Payment Methods that may be required for you Vendor Quote needs.


When editing any of the details below, once you are finished it’s important to click the Save Details button at the bottom of the page.


Agency Details


Basic agency contact details can be updated at the top of the page; this information pulls through to artwork templates, vendor quote templates, invoicing and system notifications.



NOTE: We recommend that the Title field isn’t changed, as your full agency/office name together with suburb/location, as it is set when your office is onboard to Realhub.
Changing the Agency Title to a business name or shortened name can create confusion when liaising with our support team, as it helps to identify your agency when we are servicing your account.



Principal Details



Agency Payment Information


This optional information can be used to populate quote payment information for your vendors, on your vendor quote template.



Office Physical Address


Your office’s physical address can be used to pre-populate artwork (for example, to include your office’s location on a brochure template) and is also the default shipping address for any print/deliverable orders placed via Realhub.



Shipping Address


When confirming orders, the delivery address will default to your office address as noted above, however this can be overwritten on each individual order - either manually (ad-hoc), or by adding regularly used delivery addresses.

If you find you have orders regularly going to an address (or addresses) outside of your office, you can add them here. These options will then be available for you to select when confirming orders.

It isn’t necessary to add your office details under Shipping Address.

Once you have added a Shipping Address, you can also set this to be your default shipping address. From the area shown above, click into an address then selec the Default Address toggle under More Options.


Contacts


Contacts appears in the right side module and can be used to add or update your offices Billing Contact, Publications Contact or additional Principal Contact.


Billing Contact

Billing contacts will receive automated system invoices, and any correspondence from our teams regarding accounting changes, features and potential issues.

Principal Contact

A principal contact is required for Realhub to contact the agency with important matters. If a principal contact is not added we can’t guarantee privacy around sensitive matters.

Publication Contact

Publication contacts will be used to communicate booking, artwork and newspaper issues as well as send reminders and alerts to make sure you never miss a planned publication marketing campaign.
