Office Administrators can create and manage users for their agencies easily via Agency Admin > Agents & Users.
Realhub caters for multiple user roles within your agency:
Office Administrators
- Access to all campaigns
- Access to agency settings
- Cannot be assigned to a campaign as an “agent”
Office Administrators (EBU Admin)
- Access to support only nominated agents. That is, EBU Admin users won’t see all campaigns.
- Access to agency settings
- Cannot be assigned to a campaign as an “agent”
Agents
- Access only to campaigns to which they are assigned (as primary, secondary, third agent)
- Access only to their own details and notification preferences
To create a new user:
- Click Add Agent or Add Admin
- Enter all the fields in the side modal
- Note that the user will be able to reset their password when required using the link on Realhub’s login page
- Click Create User
Once a user has been created, their user role cannot be changed. I.e. Agents can’t be changed to Office Administrators and vice versa. It’s important to ensure the user is created as the correct user role initially.
EBU Admin Users
EBU Admin users have the same abilities as standard Office Administrators, however when they are managing campaigns they will only see campaigns for the agents to which they have been assigned.
For example, you may have a Sales Administrator (let’s call him Dave) who manages all the marketing campaigns for a couple of agents in your office, but doesn’t need access to all of the other agents’ campaigns. We can create Dave as an Office Administrator, mark him as an EBU Admin and assign him to the relevant agents.
- Start by creating an Admin user following the instructions above
- On Edit User page, change the EBU Admin Settings option to Yes
- Click + Manage Agents button
- In the resulting side modal, use the Search box to add required agents
- Once all required agents are listed, click Save
- You will see the agents for which the EBU Admin can access listed in the EBU Admin Settings panel:
Once users have been created, you can edit the details, agent bio, etc for each by selecting the user from the Agents & Users List.
You can also manage User Permissions and Notification Settings for individual users as required.
