Price Validation & Updating Prices

Modified on Wed, 20 Aug at 2:52 PM

Realhub automatically validates prices when a quote is loaded to ensure all items are correctly priced.

Prices can become invalid/outdated if there are price changes by providers between the time a quote is first created and the when you edit the quote.

When this happens, invalid prices are highlighted with an orange price on the edit quote page.

Hovering over the 'i' icon will provide more information about the price validation issue.

You'll also see an orange warning in the "Manage Quote Item" side modal.

How to Bulk Update Prices

Within the Edit Quote page, click the Update (x) Prices button at the top of the quote.

A side modal for Bulk Update Prices will open, listing all the affected products. Those that can be updated in bulk will be automatically ticked and selected.

Prices that cannot be updated in bulk will show a "New Price" of $0 and will not be selected. These will need to be updated individually.

Click Update button to update the selected order items.

Note: When using Quote Templates, some prices may not be able to be updated in bulk.
