Requesting changes or Approving your Artwork (Agent Guide)

Office Admins can use the Share Artworks tool to send agents a link, asking them to proof the artwork for their campaign's board, brochure, print advertising, etc. 


The following article will step you (the agent) through what to do next if you've received the Artwork Review email or link from someone in your team.



How to proof your artwork


  1. Click the link in your email
  2. Login using your username and password (if required)
  3. You will be taken to the Artwork Review page which will list all the orders/pieces of artwork that the admin has shared with you


  4. For each piece of artwork, you can Download to view the PDF and carefully proof the artwork


    • To request changes for a piece of artwork, you can add the info and then click Add Comment


    • To approve a piece of artwork, click Approve Artwork

  5. Repeat the process for all artwork available on the page


Approving your artwork will not automatically send the order to the provider, it's simply a way of confirming that the artwork is OK to go!


The admin who shared the artwork to you will receive an email from the system advising them of your changes (comments) or approval for the artwork.
