In addition to sharing a single piece of artwork from within the artwork builder, Realhub can be used to proof multiple pieces of artwork for a campaign to an agent for them to proof the artwork.
To proof a campaign to the agent(s), navigate to the campaign and then go to Orders > Pending.
Proofing Artwork to an Agent via Email from Realhub
- Click Share Artworks
- Select all the artworks/orders you'd like to share
- The agents assigned to the campaign will automatically appear as Recipients
- You can remove an agent using the trash icon, if required
- You can add an EBU admin, provided they are assigned to agent(s) on the campaign and therefore have access to the campaign
- Add an (optional) message
- Click Send Message(s)
The agent will receive an email notification with a link to the Artwork Review page (if they are not already logged in to Realhub they will need to do so). Here they can download and proof the artwork, make comments if changes are required, or Approve the artwork ready for you to Confirm Order to provider.
Proofing Artwork to an Agent via Link
There may be times where you'd like to share artwork with an agent using a link (copy > paste), rather than the email generated from Realhub. For instance, if you're sending them an email with other information / updates regarding the campaign, you could generate a link that you then copy and paste into your email.
- Click Share Artworks
- Select all the artworks/orders you'd like to share
- Click the Links button at the top of the modal
- Click the Copy link button next to the link for the relevant agent
- Paste the link into your email / comms
As with the email link above, the agent will need to login (if they already done so) to access the Artwork Review page.
Proofing Artwork via a Public Link
In addition to proofing to agents using the Link option above, you can share a Public Link of the Artwork Review page.
The public link allows recipients to view and download the artwork, however does not have the option to comment (request changes) or Approve. The public link is a great way to share confirmed/finished artwork with your vendors, as an FYI.
To share a public link, follow steps 1-3 above and then click the copy button next to the Share Public Link option.
