Media Selection: Sending to Agents to select their preferred photos

Realhub comes with the Media Selection tool, which allows Office Admins to send a link to agents for them to choose which photos they'd like to use on each piece of marketing.

The Media Selection tool is a great replacement for PDF Proof Sheets which were once common in the marketing workflow.

How does it work?

• Admin sends the agent a link (email or SMS) via Realhub
• Agent receives and clicks the link
• Agent is automatically logged into Realhub and lands on the Media Selection page
• Agent chooses which photos they would like for each piece of marketing collateral, including portals
• Agent notifies the Admin via Realhub that selection is done
• For portals, Realhub will save the selected image sort for the Admin to check & confirm
• For print artwork, Realhub will flag the selected images, in order, at the top of the image selection modal in Artwork Builder, for easier selection by admin building the artwork

Office Admins: Send the Media Selection to an Agent

1. Within the campaign, go to Media & Copy > Media Selection
2. You will see a list of all artwork orders together with Internet Portal 
3. Click one of the Send for Selection buttons, depending if the agent prefers to choose their images on their mobile (SMS recommended) or laptop (email recommended)
4. Search & select the agent(s)/EBU Admin you'd like to receive the request
   • NOTE: It's important to check that the user you're sending the selection request to is attached to the campaign or has EBU Admin access. If the agent/user isn't authorised to access the campaign, they will not be able to load the page properly when clicking the link
5. Enter a message (optional) and click Send Message

What happens next?

Once the agent has selected their images and marked as complete, you will receive an email notification letting you know that the media selection has been completed.

To update the portal image sort order:

On the Photos & Plans page, click Select Specified Portal Images. You'll see the images have been pre-selected in the order the agent wants them, all you need to do is click Save Image Sort to confirm the selection.

For artwork orders:

When selecting images within the artwork builder, the selected images will appear at the top of the image list, in the selected order, ready for you to pop each one into the correct image box.
