Generating a Campaign Statement

The Campaign Statement page allows you to view and downlownd a statement of accounting activity for a campaign, together with account totals (spend, invoice totals, payment totals, etc).


Downloading a Campaign Statement


To access and download the Campaign Statement:


  1. Go to Accounting > Campaign Statement
  2. Use the Campaign tiler to search for a campaign
  3. Select an Option:
    1. Campaign Balance (Default)
    2. Bill
    3. Credit
    4. Invoice
    5. Payment
  4. Apply Filters
  5. Relevant data will be displayed on page together with the Reconciliation module
  6. Click Download Statement to download an .xlsx file breaking down the campaign.


Reconciliation Module


The reconciliation module is an overview of campaign totals. By default, the module will show you, each as a dollar total:

  • Approved Orders
  • Custom Items
  • Credit Notes raised
  • Contributions Received
  • Campaign Balance (Total Invoiced - Payments Received)


You can click Show More to view other account totals.
