The Campaign Documents module allows you to upload a variety of documents to a campaign for later reference.
Campaign Documents can be categorised as:
- Building Inspection
- Sample Contract
- Statement of Information
- Other
Documents can be uploaded as either MS Word (.doc) or Adobe PDF (.pdf) file types.
To upload a document, go to the Property Details > Agents & Details section of the property campaign, where you can then see the Documents module.
- Click Upload Document to upload a new document.
- Click Choose file and select the relevant PDF or DOC from your computer.
- Give your document a reference Title.
- Select the relevant document type.
- Click Save Document.
- You can use the Download button to download a document from a campaign.
- Click the trash icon to delete a document from a campaign (note: deleted documents cannot be recovered from Realhub).
