Image Settings - Watermarks and Downloads

In addition to downloading property images at their original size or web-res (800x600px), Realhub has the ability to watermark images with your agency logo for export to portals or downloading to send to vendors and other parties.

These settings can be managed within Agency Admin > Image Settings.

Export Size

Export Size is used when exporting photos directly from Realhub to external portals such as ListOnce (property multiloader) or your CRM.

• To export images as the original high-res size, leave the Export Size dropdown to Original
• To export images as a custom size, select Custom Size and then enter the desired width (pixels) and height (pixels). E.g. Custom Size: 1600 x 1200

Watermarking Images

In order to watermark images that are exported and/or downloaded, a transparent .png file of the watermark needs to be uploaded via the Upload Logo field on the Image Settings page.

It is recommended that the uploaded logo watermark file is the exact same dimensions as the Export Size in order to ensure consistency of the watermark placements and size across images

For assistance with initial watermark creation, settings and upload, contact Realhub Support on support@realhub.com.au providing an example of a perfect watermarked image for your agency.

When uploading the watermark, you can also adjust the following options as required:

• Pin to Corner: in which corner should the watermark be anchored
• Padding (H) and Padding (V): How far (pixels) from the corner should the watermark start.
  • If your uploaded watermark logo file is the exact size as your export settings. leave these options as 0 / 0.

Watermark Settings

In addition to the main watermark settings above, you can now choose which images should be watermarked by Realhub.

• Watermark on Export
  When set to yes, all images exported via XML/API to third parties (ListOnce, CRM) will be watermarked when set to Yes
• Watermark on Download
  When set to yes, all images downloaded from Realhub via any page will be watermarked
• Watermark on Plans
  When set to Yes, files marked as Plans (rather than Photos) will be watermarked.

These settings can be changed at any time. Settings will apply to all campaigns and photos.
