Realhub integrates with ListOnce to multi-load listings to your favourite portals.
Before you can send your property to ListOnce, it's important to ensure that mandatory portal fields have been entered (or pushed from your CRM). These include:
- Property Details tab:
- Property Price
- Sale Method (including Auction Date/Time if Auction is selected)
- Agent Details
- Listing type & category (e.g. Residential / House)
- Statement of Information (Victorian clients only)
- Photos
- Photos should be in the desired order and must be set to Public
- Ad Copy
See the following articles to learn more about:
In addition to the property information you see on the Property Details tab, you can add detailed features of the property by going to Property Details > Portal Data within a campaign and then clicking on the Detailed Features button in the tools module. Here you can also see the basic property details.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
When the Listing Type and Status fields display Please select..., the data will default to that showing on your Property Details tab (pushed from your CRM). Only change these fields on the Portal Data tab if you wish to override the data, effectively "breaking" the connection to your CRM for that field.
If these fields are correct in your property details tab, leave them as Please select to ensure continued sync from your CRM.
Publishing your listing to ListOnce
Once you're happy all the fields are correct, you can go to the Portals tab. This can be found as a tab in the details section of a campaign, or under the Tools menu:
The Portals tab displays your Active portals, Available portals, a history of incoming & outgoing portal syncs, and the portal settings module which lists relevant IDs for the listing.
To send your listing to Listonce, you'll need to enable the ListOnce portal, check the desired enabled portals and then publish.
- Click the Enable button next to ListOnce under Enabled Portals
- ListOnce will move to Active Portals as status Waiting to be Published
- Click into ListOnce to open the portal settings side modal
- Check that the Outgoing Agency is correct
- Campaign Default = the agency the listing sits under with Realhub
- Choose another agency in your brand group if required (and available)
- Check the selected Enabled Portals are correct
- Learn more about ListOnce Portal Export Settings
- Click Save
- To send the listing, click Publish Campaign
Realhub will send the listing to ListOnce and the campaign will be automatically re-pushed any time there is an update from your CRM.
To force a manual push to ListOnce of any already published listing, go to the portals tab and click Send Data.
