Managing OFIs (Home Opens)

⚠️ If your campaign has been created via a CRM integration, it’s important that OFIs are managed within your CRM and then synced to Realhub accordingly.
This will prevent OFI times being incorrectly updated in Realhub by your CRM.

To manage the home opens for your property campaign, navigate to the campaign and go to Property Details > Agents & Details, where you’ll see the Open for Inspections module.

1. Click Add Inspection to add a new OFI time
2. Use the date and time selectors to enter the date, start time and end time.
3. To save, click Create Inspection at the bottom of the side modal.

• To edit an OFI, click the pencil icon.
• To remove an OFI, click the trash icon.
