Saved Artworks allows users to re-use artwork across multiple campaigns without having to start from scratch every time with a new template.
For example, you are working on a local awareness campaign that includes a double-sided DL flyer for each agent and while the back of the flyer needs to be custom for each agent, you want the front of the DL to be the same across all orders.
You can create the front of the DL once, and then Save that artwork to use on other orders.
In doing so, when you go to create the artwork for another campaign, you will have the option to use Saved Artworks on your template selection page:
⚠️ Property Marketing / VPA campaigns rarely require shared artwork across different campaigns; this function is best used for agency marketing campaigns.
Office Administrators can see the artworks that have been saved for future use by going to Agency Admin > Saved Artworks.
- Search for specific saved artwork using the filter box
- You can search by the name of the saved artwork, or by the user who initially saved it
- Click into a Saved Artwork to adjust the name, or delete the saved artwork to prevent future use
The Saved Artworks page will also show you the user who saved the artwork together with date & time the artwork was saved. This helps to identify old saved artwork that can potentially be deleted.
⚠️ Once deleted, Saved Artwork and Svaed Artwork Pages cannot be restored.
