Media Selection: How to select your photos (Agent Guide)

Office Admins can use the Media Selection tool to send agents a link, asking them to choose their photos for the internet portals, boards, brochures etc.


The following article will step you (the agent) through what to do next if you've received the Media Selection email or SMS from someone in your team.




How to select your photos


  1. Click the link in your SMS or Email
  2. Login using your username and password (if required)
  3. You will be taken to the Media Selection page for the campaign
  4. Next to each order item, click Select Images
  5. Click on the images you'd like for that item, in the order you'd like them
    • As you click each photo, the sort order number will appear
  6. Click Use Images to save
  7. Repeat for all order items
  8. Once all orders have been updated, click Complete Media Selection
  9. Enter the name of the admin/marketing team member who sent you the media selection initially
  10. Add a message confirming you're happy with your selection (optional)
  11. Click Send Message!






And your work here is done! Your office admin will receive the notification and continue on with the campaign.
