Connecting to CampaignAgent (VPA Pay)

In order to take advantage of the above integration workflow, CampaignAgent will need to be added to your agency's payment methods via Agency Admin. If you're an Agent user and don't have access to Agency Admin, contact your office admin.


NOTE: You will need your CampaignAgent CAS Integration Key (e.g. X-ABCDEF). If you're unsure of your integration key, please contact CampaignAgent Support.


  1. Go to Agency Admin > Agency Details
    1. If you manage multiple offices, select the relevant office to go into Agency Details. You will need to perform the following steps for each office you'd like to connect.

  2. Locate the Payment Methods modal on the right side of the page. You may already see options here for Visa, Mastercard, etc
  3. Click Add Payment Method and enter the following in the side modal:
    1. Select CampaignAgent (Pay Later) as the payment method
    2. Enter your CAS Integration Key as the Identity Code
    3. Select Fee Type: Percentage
    4. Enter the CampaignAgent Fee percentage (I.e. 6.9% as at July 2024)
    5. Once all details have been entered, click Add Payment Method
  4. You'll now see CampaignAgent (Pay Later) available in your payment method list.
  5. Repeat the process for any other agencies you manage (note that each should have its own integration key from CampaignAgent).


Once the CampaignAgent payment method has been added with the correct Integration Key (X-AAAAAA), Realhub will automatically trigger the integration process for all future quotes (see Overview article linked below for more information).
