Connecting to Domain.com.au Pricing API

Connecting your Domain account to Realhub allows your office to accurately quote vendors for listing on domain.com.au

The integration looks up your office’s subscription with Domain and then checks the suburb and price band of the property, returning the listing price.

Before connecting your account to Domain, you’ll need to have Domain added as a Provider to your agency. This only needs to be done once. To have Domain API Pricing added as a provider to your account(s), email support@realhub.com.au

Once our support team has confirmed Domain has been added as a Provider:

1. Go to Agency Admin > Integrations
2. Click Connect to Domain
3. Login to your Domain Account
4. Accept the Permissions request to connect Realhub
5. Your account is now connected and you will be redirected back to Realhub.

The integrated pricing for Domain listings works by looking up your office’s subscription and retrieving the price based on the Suburb (Domain Zone) and Price (Domain Price Band) of the listing, together with sale method (Sale / Lease).

For security purposes, you will need to connect your Domain account every 15 days. This only needs to be done once at office level (Office Administrator), it doesn’t need to be replicated by every user in the agency.
