Sorting photos / plans for your portal exports

There are two ways you can sort the images within a campaign. 

The first option will only change the image sort within Realhub only, which will flow through to your templates when you create artwork for your boards, brochures, etc.

The second option relates specifically to external exports such as ListOnce (portals) and your CRM.

Change Image Order for CRMs / ListOnce Exports

1. Within the campaign, go to Media & Copy > Photos & Plans
2. In Grid View, click the Bulk Select Images button in the Tools module
3. Select your images in the order you would like them to export to ListOnce / CRM
4. You'll notice as you click each image, the sort number appears on the image
   • We recommend selecting ALL images, including Private images even though they won't be exported
5. Once all images have been selected in the correct order, click Save Image Sort

It's that easy! Images export to your CRM or ListOnce multi-loader will now export in the desired sort order.

TIP! Once you've selected your images, you can also use the Make Public/Make Private, Share, Proof Sheet buttons before saving the sort order.
