Importing photos / plans uploaded by your Provider

Ordering your photos and plans from your providers via Realhub gives the providers access to upload photos to Realhub for you (rather than providing via third party file transfer sites), ready for you to view and import directly to your campaign.

Importing photos from a Media Review email

You may receive an email from your provider confirming they have uploaded the photos ready for you to View Project.

Click the View Project link in the email to login to Realhub and view the photos/plans on the Media Review page.

The Media Review page will list all orders for the relevant provider (for example, you may have an order for Photography and a separate order for Plans, both from the same Provider).

Here, you can click on an image to see a larger view, then scroll through the images uploaded using the directional arrows on the left and right sides of the image.

You can use the Add to Campaign button for each image individually, or click Bulk Select Media.

When in bulk select mode, simply select all the photos you'd like to add to your campaign and then click Add Selected to Campaign.

You also have the ability to download the images through Bulk Select mode.

Once you've added all desired images to the campaign, click to X in the top right of your page to close the modal.

Importing Images from within the Campaign

You can also import the images from within the campaign, rather than via the link in your email.

Navigate to the campaign and go to Media & Copy > Photos & Plans and click View Media.

This take you into the same Media Review page as shown above, where you can add to campaign, bulk select or download.

if you've already viewed the photos and are happy to add all to your campaign, click the Import button.
