Adding, editing & deleting orders on a quote

Adding an Order Item to your Quote

  1. To add an order item, click Add Order Item within the relevant quote section
  2. Choose from the relevant options:
    1. Bundles
      A collection of order items that can be across multiple providers. Orders within a bundle can be approved and send to providers separately as required.
    2. Favourites
      Products with option selected that you’ve previously marked as a Favourite order
    3. Packages
      A collection of order items, all by the one provider. All orders within a package must be approved and sent to provider at the same time
    4. Products
      Linked to their relevant providers, broken down by service category
  3. Select the relevant Service, Provider, Product and Product Options and then Add Item.



The services, providers and products available are custom for your agency based on your onboarding. To have providers added or removed contact the Realhub Support team.



Adding a Custom Item to your Quote

  1. Click Add Custom Item
  2. In the side modal, start typing the name of your custom item
  3. If the custom item exists within your Agency Admin setup, you can select the item from the search results that drop down
  4. If the custom item doesn't exist already, add the name of the item (as it will appear on the quote) together with the price

Editing Items


Once an item has been added to a quote, you can click into it to edit the quote item:

  • Title
    This is how the item will appear on the quote. For example, you may wish to change A4 Brochures/100/Matte Laminate to instead read 100x A4 Matte Laminate Brochures.
    This won't affect what is ordered, or how the order flows through to your provider - it simply allows you to customise how that item is displayed to the vendor.
  • Item Description
    This will appear underneath the order item name on the quote PDF
  • Internal Notes
    These will not appear on the quote PDF and do not flow through any third-party integrations, used only for marking notes internally
  • Paid By
    By default, all items will appears as being paid by the vendor. This information flows through to Order Reconciliation only.
  • Status (Selected / Not Selected)
    Items are Selected by default. By changing this to Not Selected, the item will not appear on the quote pdf, is excluded in the quote total/sub-totals and will not flow through as an Order if the quote is Confirmed
  • Optional / Required
    Items are optional by default. By changing this to required, users will not be able to tick/untick the item in the quote list


You can also use the buttons under More Options to make additional changes:

  • Edit Qty & Options
    Allows you to change the options within that product. E.g. Update from Qty: 50 to Qty: 100
  • Hide Item on Quote
    This will keep the item on the quote and flow through as a pending order, but will hide the item from being visible to the vendor. NOTE: the price of the item will still be included in sub-totals and total quote price
  • Duplicate Item
  • Delete Item


It's important after making any edits that you Update Quote Item.
