Image libraries can be used to house images for use in artwork. For example, you can create an image library for suburb/area lifestyle images for use on print material; generic land placeholder images for use on Land sales; or to house generic photos that are applicable to muiltiple properties (i.e. large developments).
There are two types of image libraries:
- Agency Image Libraries
Managed by the agency and only accessibly the agency - Brand Image Libraries
Managed by Brand Administrators, accessible by agencies within the brand for download and use on artwork only. Agencies do not have access to upload to Brand image libraries.
If there are many libraries available to your office, you can use the Filter module to search for the library tile.
Creating a new Image Library
- Go to Agency Admin > Image Libraries
- Click the Create button
- Enter a Title for the library and click Create Image Library
- Upload at least one image and click Save Image Library
Accessing and Editing Images in a Library
- Within the Image Libraries page, click into the Image Library
- You can upload more images using the Upload Images box
- Click into an image to download or delete an image
- You can also select an image as the Cover Image for the library - this will appear on the image libraries page for easy visual reference
- Delete Image Library will delete the entire library and all images within
⚠️ Deleted image libraries (and the images within) cannot be restored.
If there are Brand Libraries available to your office, you will be able to download images from them but not edit, upload or delete.
