Creating and managing Image Libraries for your Brand

The Libraries link can be found in the main navigation side menu, allowing you to create and manage brand controlled image and document libraries.

Image Libraries

Image libraries can be shared across your network of agencies containing images that can be used on artworks.

To create an image library, click on the green Create button in the top right of your screen.

This will open up the Add Image Library side modal where you can give the library a name and click create in the bottom of the side modal.

You will then see the upload box where you can drag and drop images from your computer into the side modal. This will then upload the image. Alternatively you can click browse and this will allow you to search your computer for images to upload. If you want to download, delete or make it the image library cover, then click on the image to see the options.

If you need to delete an entire library, click on the library within the Image Libraries list and you will see the Delete Image Library button in the side modal.

Document Libraries

Document libraries can be shared across your network of agencies containing documents that can be used by the agency user.

To create an document library, click on the green Create button in the top right of your screen.

This will open up the Add Document Library side modal where you can give the library a name and click create in the bottom of the side modal. This will take you back to the document library list where you should see the library available to click. 

You will then see the upload box where you can drag and drop files from your computer into the side modal. This will then upload the file. Alternatively you can click browse and this will allow you to search your computer for files to upload. If you want to download, delete or update the file name, use the threw icons on the right hand side.
