Document Library

Document libraries can be used to house documents for reference when required in the system. Engage users can also use Document libraries for use in Proposals.


There are two types of document libraries:

  • Agency Document Libraries
    Managed by the agency and only accessibly the agency
  • Brand Document Libraries
    Managed by Brand Administrators, accessible by agencies within the brand for download only. Agencies do not have access to upload to Brand Document libraries.




Uploading Agency Documents


  1. Go to Agency Admin > Document Libraries
    1. If the library you wish to upload to exists, click into the library
    2. If the library does not already exist, click Create
    3. Enter a Title for the library. E.g. Advertising References & Checklists
    4. Click Create Asset Library
    5. Click the library that’s been created (0 Attachments)
    6. You can now upload documents by either dragging & dropping into the upload box or clicking Browse
      1. Doc libraries accept .doc / .pdf / .jpg files
    7. Click Update Asset Library to finish





Updating, downloading & deleting documents in a library


You can also update, replace or delete documents in a library.




  1. Click into the document library housing the relevant document(s)
  2. In the side modal, click the pencil icon to edit or replace the document
    1. Here you can change the document title that display in Realhub if required
    2. You can also download, delete or replace the file with a different version
  3. Once done, click Update Attachment
  4. You can also download or delete documents using the download & trash icons in the main side modal
