Managing Packages

Packages are a collection of orders all provided by one provider, often at a discounted rate compared to what you'd be charged if you ordered each of the items individually.


For example, your provider may offer you a discounted rate if you order a signboard + brochures + DL cards; or a creative provider may offer a package that includes photography + floorplans + drone images.


Domain's AIM campaigns are also often setup as packages, as they typically include various products including the unique property website.


When ordering packages, all of the orders within the package are approved and confirmed to send to Provider at the same time. That is, you're unable to send one of the items in the package to print until all of the items are ready to go.


To manage the Packages available to your office, go to Agency Admin > Packages.




Here you can see all the Packages currently linked to your account. You can search for packages by the package name or Provider.


  • Click into a Package to see what's included
  • Once you've selected a Package, you can click Hide Package to hide it when creating quotes or orders


  • To view Hidden packages, click the Hidden tab at the top of the page
  • To unhide a Package, click into the Package and then click Show Package
