Bundles are typically created when an agency needs to order multiple order items that are split across various providers. Think of them link a Package, the difference being that in Realhub, Packages are attached to one singular provider.
For example, Domain offer advertising bundles that include print advertising and internet listings including Dream Homes and Social Boost upgrades. These are setup as Bundles in Realhub, as the magazine orders are attached to a specific print provider, whereas the internet components are linked to a separate provider.
Bundles will be created and managed by the Realhub Support & Media Teams, however Office Admins have the ability to hide bundles from their quotes/order options.
To manage the Bundles available to your office, go to Agency Admin > Bundles.
Here you can see all the bundles currently linked to your account. You can search for bundles by the bundle title, publications included in the bundle, or specific price lists included.
- Click into a Bundle to see what's included
- Once you've selected a Bundle, you can click Hide Bundle to hide it when creating quotes or orders
- To view Hidden bundles, click the Hidden tab at the top of the page
- To unhide a Bundle, click into the Bundle and then click Show Bundle
