Office Admins can setup Default Quote Items - items that will be automatically added to all quotes created, regardless if the user creates a blank quote or uses a quote template.
This can be handy for agencies that would like to mandate items that MUST be included on every property marketing campaign.
For example, you may have an admin or marketing fee (flat rate or percentage of the campaign spent), your agency's website, or a title search, that you want to appear automatically on every quote created.
Default Quote Items can be created and managed by going to Agency Admin > Quote Templates.
To add a new Default Quote Item, click the Add Item button.
In the side modal, enter the name of the item (this will appear on your quotes and orders pages), the amount, whether it's a fixed rate or a percentage*, and if it's required (Locked) or can be removed on individual quotes (Can Toggle).
* The Percentage option will calculate against the total of all other items on the quote.
Click into an existing Default Quote Item to make changes or Delete Item.
