Connecting your Realhub account to a Property CRM will allow you to import properties from your CRM, preventing the double entry of property and vendor contact information.
The connection for some CRMs is self service and can be managed via Agency Admin > Integrations, such as VaultRE.
If you need to connect to a different CRM (for example, Box+Dice, Agentbox, PortPlus, Zenu, to name a few), please contact the Realhub Support team at support@realhub.com.au confirming your office details and the name of your CRM.
To connect VaultRE for importing properties:
- In VaultRE, go to Office Integrations > Third-Party Access
- Click Add Token
- Select Realhub from the Third Party list
- Allow all Scopes (including Contacts) in order for integration to work properly
- Click Create Token
- You will now see Realhub in the list of tokens/access
- Click the clipboard next to the Realhub token to copy
- Switch to Realhub and go to Agency Admin > Integrations
- Within the CRM Sync module, select Sync API: VaultRE
- Paste the token from Vault into the API Key field
- At the bottom of the page, click Save Details
You will now be able to Import from CRM when creating a new property campaign in Realhub.
Ensure all the Scope options are checked ON when creating the token in VaultRE in order for properties, contacts and images to fully import into Realhub.
If some of these options are unchecked, such as Contacts, properties will fail to import properly.
