Search bar and navigation

This all starts from the moment you login to Brand Admin by landing on the Help Desk which also acts as a customisable dashboard.

At the very top of your page, you have the global search bar which will allow you to search for campaigns, order numbers, artworks numbers, invoice numbers, and users. This is helpful if you are troubleshooting or reviewing something in particular.

On the left hand side we have the main navigation menu that will remain available to use no matter what page you are within.

Customisable Dashboard

Your dashboard may already have some modules showing you Agencies and Recent Campaigns. There are more modules for you to add and there is way to customise the data within each module to suit you.

In the top right you have a Tools module that has a button that reads Customise Dashboard. If you click this, it will make your dashboard editable where you will be able to drag and drop modules, edit the contents of each module or delete the module from your dashboard. To drag and drop, simply click and hold the three lines in the top right of the module and drag to a different location on the page.

To add modules to the dashboard, click on Add Module. This will show the add module side modal where you will be able to select the disired location of the new module. You will then be prompted to select which module you would like to add to your dashboard.

Once you have added the module, dragged it to where you would like it to sit and edited the module filters or display mode, click the Save Dashboard button in the top right.

The custom links module is dedicated for users to add quick links to third party websites that you use as part of your daily workflow. To add or manage these links, click the blue manage button on the top right of the module and this will open the edit side modal.

In the top right of your screen you have the notification bell where you can be notified by Realhub around updates, changes, new functions.

Next to that you will see who you are logged in as. Click on the name and it will give you the option to review the user information and settings for your user or logout of this account.
