All agency users in Realhub have the ability to customise both their main Overview dashboard and Campaign Dashboard, to see and action the things important to them and streamline their own personal ways of working.
For example, agents may want their dashboard to show them orders which require them to build or approve their artwork; admins may wish to see quotes that require approval, or campaigns that haven't yet been published; social marketing teams may wish to see campaign photos as soon as they enter a campaign.
Regardless of the reasons, customising your dashboards is quick & easy and is a great way to make sure you see what you want and need to see in Realhub.
Overview Dashboard
The main Overview dashboard is the page you'll see when you first login to Realhub via our login page (note: if you are accessing Realhub via a property within your CRM, you'll likely be taken to that specific property, rather than the main Overview page).
To customise your dashboard, click the Customise Dashboard button in the Tools module.
This puts your dashboard into Edit mode, where you can start moving existing modules around, deleting modules you don't wish to see, or adding modules you'd like and adjusting their filters.
Adding a new module
There are various modules available to display on the dashboard, each with its own filter options that allow you to only display what you need to display.
All available module can be added to the Main part of the page or in the right hand Sidebar.
Modules available to select, together with their relevant filters, include:
- Campaigns (filter by campaign status, published status)
- Deadlines
- Marketing & Stationery Campaigns
- Notifications
- Orders (filter by status, order type, marketing type)
- Quotes (filter by status, authorised, authorisation sent)
- Reviewed Artworks
To add a new module to your dashboard, click Add Module and select whether you'd like the module to appear in the sidebar or main part of the page, then select the module to add.
Update the filters (if applicable) on the module, and name the module if you wish.
Examples of modules and filters some of our power users like to add to their dashboard include:
- Pending Orders (Orders > Status: Pending)
- Unauthorised Quotes (Quotes > Status: Pending, Authorised: No)
- Agency Marketing Orders (Orders > Status: Pending, Marketing Type: Agency)
- Unpublished Campaigns (Campaigns > Status: Current, Published: Unpublished)
- Recently Sold (Campaigns > Status: Sold, Limit: 5)
Once you've added the modules & filters you'd like, click Save Dashboard at the top of the page.
Moving modules
Each module on the the dashboard includes the buger icon that allows you to drag the module up or down the page, so that the modules sit within the order you'd prefer.
Simple click & hold the three line icon (next to the trash icon) and drag the module to the order you need. Be sure to Save Dashboard when you're done.
Deleting Modules
To remove a module from your dashboard, click the trash icon in the module header and then Save Dashboard.
Campaign Manager Dashboard
Once you're happy with your Overview dashboard (and have clicked Save Dashboard!), you can now do the same for the campaign manager dashboard - this is the page you see when you click into any campaign.
Modules available at campaign level include:
- Activities
- Images
- Orders
- Order Tasks
- Quotes
Simply follow the same steps as noted above for the main dashboard to add, move, delete and filter each module as you need.
It's all up to you! Use the Customise Dashboard function to ensure you see what best suits your personal ways of working to ensure your time in Realhub managing campaigns is as efficient as it can be.
